  • Kristin guides yoga and breathwork for all levels of experience with a unique blend of intuition, playful spirit, and deep reverence for Yoga’s teachings. A lifelong seeker, her personal practice and self-study easily became her most trusted tools for embodiment when she dove into her first 200 hour yoga immersion in 2015 and has been teaching and learning ever since. Now having attained both E-RYT200 and 500-hour certifications, her love for Yoga as a way of life has led to a beautiful life of service and studentship, teaching her to slow down and expand her awareness of the present moment. Her classes always invite space for grounding, softening, and exploring, and her favorite thing about this work is getting to watch her students uncover layers beyond the physical as they weave mindfulness into their everyday lives. For this gift, she’s grateful to all her teachers — both on and off the mat!

She continues as a life-long learner to expand her knowledge of yoga and related sciences by attending additional trainings, workshops, mentorships, and self-study. Veda’s versatility enables her to teach people of all ages and ability levels. As a Yoga Therapist, she specializes in using yoga to help individuals find and maintain harmony between their internal and external worlds. She aspires to continue sharing her love of yoga, meditation, health, and life with others, and, most importantly, hopes to teach people to have self-compassion through yoga!
